Will I be able to control who can see my Assets?

Partially, yes. You will be able to control who sees your profile by making it public or private. If your Profile is public, it displays information like the number of Street NFTs you own, owned Streets value, total length of those NFTs, the number of completed Collections you own, as well as your account status, and the profile position in the Global Rankings. Making the Profile private would hide this information from other users.
