The price of any NFT Assets on the Marketplace is entirely up to their owner to decide.
Tip: Keep in mind that the price still has to be fair in order for the Asset to be competitive. Some things to take into account when pricing Assets are the initial price, their level, and even their notoriety, as more well-known Streets might be more coveted.
