I am having issues with the 2FA process. What should I do?

Make sure that you are using correct code for your email address which is attached to DecentWorld account. In case the 6 digit code, received after installing 2FA, does not work in your DecentWorld account, please wait for the next code, which will become available in 30 seconds. If even then code will not work, please wait for another one. In case it will fail again, please message our Support directly. Important: You will not be able to get access using Google Authenticator if the application is not synchronized.
