If I buy an NFT Asset on the Secondary market, will I get the Certificate of ownership with it?

Yes, when making a purchase from another user, the ownership is fully transferable. Once the offer is accepted by the user whose Asset you were bidding on, the NFT gets transferred to your account, together with the Certificate of ownership.
