I have provided the correct passport, however I was still denied in verification. What should I do?

The reason for the refusal may also be the poor quality of the document – glare, indistinct numbers, a blurry photo, unnecessary objects or a part of the document covered by your fingers. Another possible reason for the refusal in verification may be poor video quality. Shoot videos without sunglasses, hats, scarves, and in good lighting. When shooting a video, do not bring your hands to your face, do not scratch your nose, eyebrow, etc. Also, make sure that no stranger or the picture on the wall behind you gets into the frame.
