DecentWorld does not own and does not claim to own any physical real estate.
We believe that bridging real and digital worlds can be done many ways, not necessarily directly. When pricing the Streets, our internal research team gathered and analyzed big data for real estate pricing, and GDP per capita rankings, etc. to create an accurate representation of the real world on our metaverse. This does not mean, however, that we own any of those Streets.
Note! Purchasing digital real estate on DecentWorld does not equal: 1. Purchasing the physical real estate counterpart. 2. Crowdfunding / Fractional ownership. 3. Investing into a REIT.
